Driving Aspenta’s R&D strategy, Ribal brings two decades of experience in managing technical consultancy and sales departments in ICT industry. He holds several degrees in computer information systems and project management.
Joe Morgan
Managing Partner & CTO
With 45 years in the communications industry, Joe Morgan has applied for 15 patents spanning telephony, banking, automotive industries, and wireless technology. He is the founder of USA Telecommunications Services Inc.  
Hassan Hallas
Managing Partner
Having 10 years of experience in Telecom, Hassan holds a number of leadership roles at PLC Soft Holding Corp, Mozen Telecom & Micro Jumper. He earned Masters of Science in Information Network and Computer Security from NY Institute of Technology.
